Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Develop and manage annual employees training plan implementation for ORGANIZATION.
• Develop and direct the implementation of training plan within the budget allocated.
• Study and implement the Human Resources Law – training policy to ensure the rules and regulations are adhered with government authorities.
• Manage training needs analysis to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
• Supervise the designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual’s needs.
• Ensure that training staff maintains an active and organized data bank of training attendance and programs.
• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of training plans and implementation.
• Support in the career development plan through education, providing training, and determine and execute training plan.
• Assess the return on investment (ROI) of any training or development program.
• Build networks to find qualified trainers by developing working relationships within institutes or other entities to aid in training programs.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position when appropriate.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field from a recognized University.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a large and active service organization.
• Excellent knowledge of Human Resources, Training and management functions, systems, and procedures.
• Excellent carrier and training planning abilities, job evaluation skills, identifies organization training needs, statistics and forecast skills.
• Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
• Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaints.
