Training Manager

Job description / Role

Training Manager required for a 'Real Estate Software Developer', to implement and conduct training programmes for clients.

Training

- Develop, manage & implement training programs & certifications

- Produce training materials & documentation

- Prepare client training feedback
Webinars

- Conduct webinars on various different topics and feature releases

Content Writing

- A versatile writer who is able to do justice to knowledge base articles, blogs or any kind of
content

Project Management

- Assisting in setup of new accounts and managing client expectations

Communication

- Monitoring client relations of assigned accounts
Reporting

- Regular reports and updates to manager on activity

Requirements

You are:

- Energetic, well presented and possess an understanding of general real estate concepts
and strategy

- A team player with excellent English communication skills, both oral and written

- Willing to take direction while also being selfmotivated
and ready to take the initiative

- Fluent in the Internet and able to work with web based applications like Google Apps

- Able to learn and to grow, and take advantage of prospects for career growth

- In the possession of UAE driver license and car

You also have:

1. University Degree in Business or Computer Science related field

2. Minimum of 3 years training experience

3. Very solid knowledge of UAE Real Estate market and procedures

4. Excellent English & Conversational Arabic a plus
