Job description / Role
My client is an international FMCG organisation with large offices in Dubai. They are recruiting a Training Manager for their new technical training centre.
The purpose of this job is to conduct and manage the training and development programs, processes and roll-outs for the company covering soft skills training, coordinate the technical training and employee development. The role also has talent management and organisation development elements.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4-5 years experience in the FMCG sector as a Training and Development specialist.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- MUST have managed a team as the position has direct reports.
