Training Manager - AF Engineering - Jeddah

The majority of businesses, built on a portfolio of world leading brands, dominate their sector.We are looking for a Training Manager whose responsibility is to develop, organize and manage the policies, methodologies, programs and procedures for training and development, in line with the HR policies and with development needs, in order to provide management and employees with tools and solutions for professional development.

Reporting to Senior HR Business Partner you will be responsible for the following:
* Orientation of the Company Process to new Saudi starters, including developing individual coaching plans, and providing any resources and assistance.
* Determine any training needs for Saudi Nationals who are out on the project sites, observing their development, reviewing their performance and conferring with Project Managers and Directors.
* Develop and maintain a training policy and procedures, providing coaching, conducting training sessions and developing outcome improvement resources.
* Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques.
* Supports training financial objectives through budget and cost control.
* Perform on the progress of all individual development plans of Saudis.
* Guide Project Managers/Directors on implementing development plan of Trainees.
* Develop detailed training calendar for all Saudis.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

Job-Specific Skills:
* 10 years' experience in training & development out of which 3 to 5 years in the similar role.
* Must be a Saudi national with working knowledge in both English & Arabic.
* Training, retraining, counseling, and coaching skills.
* Able to prove his qualifications for leadership and coordination and show his previous project experience and references with details.
* Experience of managing training function in an engineering company
* Excellent Communication skills
* Presentation of logical arguments and reasoning analysis
