The RoleThe RoleThe successful candidiate will be able to plan, develop and implement developmental training objectives which are well-aligned to the strategies and goals of the business. This includes managing development training programs, forecasting development training budgets and evaluating techniques implemented and required for successful delivery of training programs. A good knowledge of learning theory and training best practices is a must for this role and candidates must be able to show a demonstrated ability to interact and consult effectively with management and staff through building productive relationships. This role will manage a small team so effective management and leadership skills is essential. To ensure the key core competancies are met strong interpersonal, team work and communication skills are fundemental but the successful candidate must be flexible in their approach displaying a result focused attitude and a strong work ethic. A conceptual thinking, self motivater is required with excellent presentation skills, effective time management and ability to prioritize work. |
RequirementsRequirementsEssential Criteria: University degree Bilingual - Arabic should be first language 2 3 years training / organizational development experience Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Retail Store environment Proven training program design and facilitation skills Strong assessment and verbal/written communication skills Ability to evaluate and analyze training programs and training resources Proven understanding of store operational procedures Proven experience in implementing new training initiatives Intermediate Advanced skills across the MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Must hold a current UAE drivers license |
