With stores worldwide, they have a highly sort after range of brands to work with and are currently looking for a Training Manager to monitor both the store and employee development. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly ambitious Training Manager, with a solid background of training experience, seeking the next step in their career. The remit- -Liaise with Development team to ensure high quality delivery of training to employees. -Collate feedback after every training session to formulate a report. -Assist the Corporate learning and development team with time efficiency. -Manage and support recruitment -Input KRA's for direct reports and conduct performance appraisal -Drive motivation levels and monitor staff development -Analyse performance to provide improvements to old processes and introduce new processes The ideal candidate will be full of ambition to take on the responsibility of raising the motivation and moral of the employees and will have a strong understanding of what makes a successful business. RequirementsRequirementsMinimum requirements- -Post graduate degree in Business Administration with Human Resources Specialization -Over 5 years training or retail operations experience -Advanced knowledge of retail industry The ideal candidate must have a strong background in training and retail opporations, and most importantly have a good sense of what informs a successful business and the drive to make a difference. |
