Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The successful applicant is responsible for leading and managing the entire training process on Samsung Gulf and building the sales capability for relevant stakeholders such as floor sales people, dealers, retailers, distributors, merchandisers, promoters and even Samsung internal employees.

Position Responsibilities:

Supervise the training materials for divisions

Setup a training map and calendar for the divisions

Analyzing monthly and quarterly budgets for he training divisions

Monthly analysis of the training done and analyzing the impact

Measuring the impact of training across all the divisions and all trainees

Planning an execution plan for the trainer and the J/D of the team in each division

Hiring and high caliber trainers and make up a full training team category wise

Analyse all training to all relevant recipients (FSM, promoters, dealers, external trainers, Samsung staff etc)

Periodically supervising training workshops to train the relevant stakeholders

Creating and managing a train the trainer process in which partner product manager & trainers, merchandisers etc can provide regular training to participants thereby driving efficiency

Support in interviewing & hiring high caliber promoters across SGE markets

Promoters Certification Program target planning & achievement as per global targets & guidelines

Conduct and manage the mystery shopping program along with third party agency to evaluate promoters knowledge & soft skills by bench marking other competitors.

Regular training needs analysis and taking initiatives to address them proactively

Plan & execute regional consumer training programs in conjunction with retail / brand teams

Evaluate the promoters after every training session and make sure every promoter scored in his quarterly KPI.

Requirements

Experience, Education and Qualification:

Post Graduate degree in business management is an advantage

Able to travel to other GCC for training

Strong understanding of technology / mobile devices

Sales experience a plus

Clear, concise communication capability

Efficient at multitasking

Bilingual (English / Arabic) a must
