The RoleThe RoleOur client is a prestigious, forward thinking conglomerate, with ambitious plans for the future. They are looking for a Training Specialist to take ownership of the function and drive forward key deliverables. • Conduct and/or arrange technical training and personal development interventions • Ongoing Training needs analysis. • Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials. • Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops. • Review and evaluate developmental programs for compliance with government standards. • Provide managerial and soft skills training. • Coordinate established courses with technical and professional courses provided by community schools and designate training procedures. • Prepare training budget for department or organization. |
RequirementsRequirementsUniversity qualifications : Bachelor's Degree Previous experience : 10 years experience with about 3+ years in a similar profile in the GCC. Specialist knowledge: Training delivery TNA Budget experience Technical expertise Soft skills training Other Skills : Excellent communication skills Excellent written skills Organisational skills |
