Employment: Full Time

Our food division is made up of a portfolio of 29 different brands and consists of a diverse range of outlets. From quick service, casual dining provided by Pei Wei through to the high-end, quality dining experience of Veranda, there is a dining concept to suit all hospitality backgrounds. Well known brands include: Starbucks, P.F. Chang's, The Cheesecake Factory, Dean & Deluca, Pinkberry, and Pizza Express. This division has grown year on year with 115 units in 2012 and new brands for 2013 such as Katsuya and Café CoCo.

Requirements

Delivers 'classroom' training courses to store staff and junior/ potential management, and to staff from local functions, within overall training program, including core induction, customer service, selling, and first-line supervisory / management skills courses. Facilitates other courses/activities as directed by Training Manager, in co-operation/collaboration with operations and function's management. Makes all practical arrangements for bookings, equipment, etc. connected to training delivery.

Applies training techniques to present information, promote participative learning and transfer knowledge / skills
