Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Training Officer is responsible for the creation, implementation and ongoing training programmes and requirements of the QDF food and beverages department, which will encompass all F & B activities at all levels. HACCP - food hygiene and handling practices, food presentation & services and customer services. The incumbent ensures that people are equipped with the required behavioural knowledge and skills to support the business in achieving its objectives.

Key performance indicators: Identifying training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, focus groups and consultation with senior management and department heads. Producing training materials for in house courses and ensuring that statutory training requirements are met. Evaluating, amending and revising programs as necessary in order to adapt to changes that occur in the work environment.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a strong leader as well as have very good presentation skills. Ideally you will have 5 years of F & B training experience with a formal accreditation in training. You will be a graduate / post graduate with a focus in Human Resource, Organizational or leadership development.
