Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Deliver training courses as per the plan
- Ensure trainings are conducted in a high standard
- Abide to the training time
- Ensure the training list is signed off and delivered to the training coordinator at the end of the training
- Ensure training materials are eligible and contain the needed information
- Contribute to the development of training materials
- Assess trainee training feedback for future trainings

Requirements

- Bachelor's in Business Management
- 2-4 years of experience in training and knowledge transfer
- At least 2 years of experience in conducting trainings
- Good knowledge of ICT solutions
- Strong interpersonal and linguistic skills (Arabic and English)
