Employment: Full Time

A multinational premium consumer electronics company is recruiting for an Arabic speaking Training Specialist.

Job Summary
You will be responsible for ensuring successful rollout and implementation of organizational development initiatives in the training & engagement function.
Moreover, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, delivery and evaluation of OD training projects.

Principal/Primary Accountabilities

Performance

Takes ownership of the training role from conception to completion.
Conducts product and engagement training as per Company’s standards.
Coordinates with local sites on all project specific updates and up training, tracking and reporting all training hours.
Executes communication and delivery of programs and measures effectiveness of delivery
Participates in the development of instructional material in alignment with training guidelines and performance objectives (training content outline, flowcharts, quality guidelines, student guides, facilitator guides, job aids, quality evaluation forms and other training and quality documentation).

Actively participates in meetings, conference/individual calls, and training & development programs as advised by management.

Documents and provides feedback to Company’s management regarding training activities

Frequently meets stakeholders and reseller teams to discuss results and develop plans to achieve mutual goals and overcome obstacles .

Identifies training needs, coordinates and delivers sales training according to the business needs and ensures that all gaps in knowledge, skills, and competency have been filled out completely to ensure that the training is compliant with the practical techniques that need to be used on field.

Provides post training support and reinforces tools that will enhance the performance of the sales trainee

Uses various techniques to heighten their level of performance on the field.

Responsible for reviewing and evaluating the progress of the trainees during the training sessions and provides them with the relevant feedback that will help in improving individual performance as well as help in enhancing their personal skills and attributes

Scope/Impact

Drives the performance management culture; design the framework to ensure goal settings, review, consolidation, action planning and development planning.

Supports Training team in engagement & development activities in consumer audio division.

Requirements

Education/ Licenses/ Experience

Graduate Degree, MBA preferred

Past training experience required

Fluent in Arabic and English.

Knowledge and Skills:

Must have at least 3 - 4 years prior experience in executing organizational development initiatives in another company.

Comprehensive experience with all aspects of training (assessment, development, facilitation, analysis, etc.)

Travel related: Moderate travel will be required.
