Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Regionally responsible for training systems, policies and procedures, content design, development and tailoring.
• Develop internal system communications for both system integration and end users.
• Provide system support on VLS, Sharepoint , BOX and EUSR.
• Track and record past and present training records under the training systems.
• Develop highly effective internal and external professional relationships to ensure accurate and timely response to the Aggreko business needs.
• Contribute to global working groups.
• Manage regional online training projects.
• Manage deployment and activation of training systems with links to central, Aggreko Technology Services and system manufacturers.
• Creation of regional system reports for tracking and reporting to regional managers.
• Deal with system Issue resolutions and escalate through the correct channels.
• Responsible for all regional training deployment through online systems, enrollments and accounts management.
• Regionally responsible for external Training development, tailoring and translation providers.
• Regionally manage Training curriculums and competency mapping development for all functions.
• Maintain regional link between Group, Asia Pacific and Americas content development.
• Design and develop Web Based Training , Instructor Based Training, Interactive Virtual Reality and Virtual Classroom Training programmes.
• Maintain regional link between Subject Matter Experts, Engineering and Operations for all aspects of content development.

Requirements

Person Specification/Job Requirements

• Expert /advanced user in excel(forms in excel, linking cells, graphics, dynamic tables, macro programming)
• Expert /advanced user in powerpoint (Building presentations, hyper linking, linking context to excel)
• Experience with web training
• Technical knowledg electrical/mechanical/controls)
• Fluent in English with good communications skills
