Create and Develop a successful analysis in line within the organization training requirements.
identify the best training options to meet organization needs.
Plan and develop practical strategy to meet organization's goals.
Coordinate and manage the strategies' implementation process to conduct organization's objectives.
Requirements
ability to build and manage teams.
Complete understanding of using Oracle proficiency
Administrational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks
Strong communication skills.
Fluency in both Arabic and English

Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related degree.
