The Role


Our client, a global multinational company that has been delivering cutting-edge technology to the oil and gas, energy and chemical industries, is looking to hire a Training Specialist for their branch in Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will have experience in the technical training industry, preferably in the refining, manufacturing and petrochemical industries. Experience in training development methodology, adult learning theories and performance improvement disciplines are essential. The key responsibilities of the Training Specialist will be to create a training strategy for whole company as well as to develop training programs to suite the employees and the clients.

You must have experience conducting training programs at all levels as well as being able to identify skill gaps and then create development plans accordingly. You must have a minimum of five years relevant work experience as well as Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
