Training & Support Administrator

Job description / Role

- Maintain customer loyalty with existing clients
- Handle all admin and logistic activities around public training courses including venue booking, banqueting, audio visual, printing, evaluation, etc.
- Supervise and coordinate on-site training to ensure smooth run of the training courses
- Handle exams and evaluations for all of training events
- Coordinate with speakers/trainers to receive the training materials, prepare and print the students manuals for all trainings ahead of time
- Respond to clients requests and assist them with all needed information about our services and public training courses
- Attend industry events and be present at TR booth all the time to promote and market our training courses
- Support the marketing of events through cold calling and follow up calls with prospects clients
- Prepare weekly status report about the clients interested in our training courses
- Ensure that all of our public training courses are delivered successfully and to the highest standards

Requirements

- A highly motivated self-starter, who is organized, disciplined and goal-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
- Customer focused and able to interface with multiple levels of client (often C-level). The ability to listen and determine clients needs before offering a solution, through consultative selling.
- Positive team player and able to collaborate and support the team proactively.
- Able to work well under the pressure of deadlines and targets.
- A creative-problem solver, who welcomes new challenges.
- Ability to interact and cooperate with departments throughout the organization in a respectable and professional manner.
