Training and Development Supervisor

Job description / Role

Coordinate all aspects of training administration by facilitating the relation with training service provider and by internally ensuring that training requested is as per the companys HR Policy. Support in the design and implementation of the annual training Plan.

Reporting to: Senior Training and Development Supervisor

Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the relationship with external training service providers in order to facilitate the registration and attendance of employees and follow up on al training related matters.
- Ensure and verify that all training requests received at HR are within the approved training plan and are coming with the proper approvals required.
- Ensure all training costs and invoices are verified and are internally forwarded to relevant department for approval and/or payment.
- Coordinate with the Performance Management section to ensure that training requirements raised by the performance appraisal process are scheduled and completed by the relevant employee.
- Coordinate all internally arranged training program at the organisation by ensuring proper communications, invitation and all logistics requirements
- Participate in all training evaluation tasks to determine whether the training has met the programme objectives.
- Contribute to the preparation of the annual Training Plan/Calendar by close coordination with department on training scheduled.
- Prepare departmental MIS statements and reports

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR Management or equivalent.
- Experience of managing relationships with training services providers.
- Min 5-8 years' experience in a similar work environment.
