Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Develop and implement brand specific training program to new joiners and continuously coaches existing staff (Beauty Experts) to support their development. Assesses training needs, develops training courses, materials and offers solutions to meet development needs of individuals in the market in line with the brand guidelines. Ensure all Beauty Experts are well trained and knowledgeable to achieve Brand objectives.

Some responsibilities include:

•Develop and implement training within Brand guidelines adapting style & content to meet specific local needs
•Thoroughly adapts and customizes all presentation and education materials for the different audiences.
•Deliver Beauty Expert training meetings, seminars and workshops to include: basic training, seasonal Beauty Expert training meetings and brand update sessions. Observe the involvement of beauty and provide constructive feedback to the distributor, which includes a combination of positive feedback and areas of opportunity for future development.
•Monitors & evaluates on the job performance to ensure brand standards, individual and market specific needs are met; assesses Beauty Experts’ proficiency, identifies potential coaches.
•Helps identify potential successors & assists in planning learning for relevant future positions.
•Report and discuss training action plan of Beauty Experts with Brand Manager and the distributor and follow up/on progress.
•Conduct Brand induction with the new joiners as per Brand International guidelines.
•Conduct regular store visits to observe organization and structure of in-store support (ISS) days. (80% in the field)
•Schedules local training programs to support brand sales strategy and objectives; communicates and follows-up with Brand Manager to maximize all training programs; presents training strategy to regional management.
•Evaluates current training results and strategies and provide feedback and recommendations to Brand Manager

Requirements

•Education Degree or equivalent.
•Minimum of 3-5 years progressive experience in delivering training in a retail/cosmetics/luxury goods or FMCG arena.
•Preferably with proven record of developing talent (through training, coaching, identifying solutions & implementing different learning styles)
•Knowledge of training practices and principles; strong in foreseeing, planning and organizing to cover training needs of the brand.
•Knowledge of computer application Excel, Outlook, Power Point etc.
•Good industry knowledge and network of relationships in the industry – with customers, distributors, retailers, suppliers, advertising agencies, and other business partners.
•Willing to travel within the ME region and internationally.
