Employment: Full Time

Our client is a hugely ambitious family owned conglomerate on a very rapid growth trajectory. It represents many internationally recognized brands in Kurdistan itself and in the wider Iraqi state.

The Group has a highly talented Executive team with differing ethnic/cultural backgrounds but one common goal – to be the biggest and the best Regional business group in Iraq.

Requirements

The Group is experiencing phenomenal growth and is keen to empower and retain its people, with this in mind there is a need for this newly created position.

Reporting to the CHRO, you will be responsible for driving business change initiatives throughout the Group to ensure that the strategic goals are realized.

You will design and deliver training and development programmes that provide measurable value in helping people develop their skills, behaviour and confidence.

You will also be responsible for designing succession and talent plans/processes

You must be fluent Arabic and/or Kurdish to be considered – please do not apply without this requirement.

5 – 10 years in a similar position is also essential.
