The RoleThe Role• Reporting directly to the support services manager with dotted line responsibilities to Senior Manager, Transaction banking, Dubai, the incumbent is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation and maintenance of global transaction services, including but not limited to - Supply chain finance, factoring and cash management - Integrated E ¡V banking services and platforms - GTS Investment, asset and liquidity management solutions • To manage the end to end surveying process of factoring propositions, analyzing credit management processes, controls, collection systems, credit structuring, debtor selection and limit setting, collections and dunning. • To drive MBOL product sales through client and key stakeholder presentation. Key point of escalation for ALL non CSU resolved and country concerns. • Work closely with IBG transaction services in bringing in system and product enhancements and writing up specifications when required. Key point of contact alongside operations for all UAT testing, all new product features prior to movement to production. • Maintain a close liaison with all stakeholders to ensure that projects are correctly managed and tracked to meet target dates for rollout and implementations. • Establish key parameters and standards for measuring product performance. |
RequirementsRequirements• Excellent communication skills, creative and results driven • 8-10 years in diverse banking departments preferably covering Operations with some experience in commercial banking. • Should have worked in an IT enable banking environment such that the incumbent understands the system architecture of banking system in general. • Project management experience & skills. • University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent qualifications |
