The Role


The Role


A prestigious international consultancy business is seeking a Transaction Services / Corporate Finance Manager to join their expanding business based in Qatar.

You will be responsible for enhancing the Corporate Finance and Financial Advisory Services offerings in Qatar, developing the skills of the existing team members and widening the produce offerings in the Qatar marketplace. Additionally you will be responsible for mentoring and advising junior staff members, monitoring of the department’s budget and conducting reviews and goal settings.

Several years’ corporate finance or transaction services experience within a large consultancy, financial institution or accountancy practice business is required for this position. Managerial and supervisory experience will be a prerequisite for this position as you will be expected to lead junior staff members. It would also be advantageous if you had previous audit experience in your early career.

Qualified ACA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, IIA
Managerial or supervisory experience
Several years transaction services / corporate finance experience
Fluent English is essential
Experience in the Top 4 or a large consultancy
