Transaction Advisory Services Manager - Qatar
A leading global advisory firm is actively seeking a Transaction Advisory Services Manager to join their team in Qatar. This role will offer strong promotional opportunities.
Responsibilities of the Transaction Advisory Services Manager:
* Due diligence
* Mergers, buyouts and disposals
* Business planning
* Strategic advice
* Gather, verify and analyse information, and formulate views
* Plan, prepare and review written reports and presentations
* Build on and develop internal and external networks through personal contacts
Requirements
A qualified accountant with at least 3 years experience with Transaction Advisory Services or Corporate Finance is required for a global advisory firm based in Doha, Qatar. This is a fast growing department and opportunities for progression are very strong.
* ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent qualification
* At least 3-4 years Transaction Advisory Services experience ideally with some management exposure
* Strong commercial experience and/or relevant industry or transaction experience
* IT skills to an advanced level in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Project management skills
* Be an effective time manager, able to keep calm when under pressure to meet deadlines
* Be a team player with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
