Transformation Lead - Change Management

Job description / Role

Our client world renowned organisation is looking for a Transformation / Transition lead (Change Management) with 7 - 10 years of experience.

- Experience in working with client teams in developing / validating transition solution, proposals & due diligence.

- Educate stake holders of transition policies & standards as well as strict change control to manage deviations

Requirements

- You will have solid experience of change management, transformation, transition

- You will ideally have experience in shared service or outsourcing delivery

- Experience of communicating with various people at C-Level is also desirable

- Strong communication & presentation skills are required
