Job Description & Responsibilities
* Support the implementation of RC Strategic Transformation agenda in line with Group Strategy
* Monitor and track cost saves initiatives against targets at both regional and country levels
* Manage Project Governance for Strategic Transformation and ensure completion of all audit documents including agenda, and action trackers
* Support Global Head and Program Director Strategic Transformation in developing materials for group governance committees and forums on progress of the project
* Support Strategic Transformation Project Management Office (PMO) in completing project deliverables as and when required
* Build strong relationship with stakeholders at both Regional and Country levels for effective monitoring and timely escalation of risks and issues
* Monitor the implementation and project management of new initiatives taken up by the Retail Clients Segment
* Lead initiatives to identify cost saving opportunities including creating project plans, tracking progress and timely reporting of cost saves achieved to PMO
* Continuous tracking of Retail Clients costs and ensuring strict cost discipline in line with agreed strategy
* Identify and share best practices across markets to assist countries in achieving cost targets
* Work with other Project Managers to ensure consistency of approach, communication and coordination when required
* Facilitate effective communication with Program Directors, Project Managers and Business Heads including RC Leadership Team

Requirements

* Strong analytical background, with ability to conceptualize and implement key strategies
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative problem-solver with good multi-tasking skills, able to prioritise issues and resolve them efficiently.
* Ability to work on broad strategic projects and day-to-day process-oriented tasks. Arranger and Process Discipline in order to drive multiple agendas.
* Flexibility and responsiveness in order to handle changing priorities and urgent requests from management.
* A broad knowledge of the Group's operations, organisation structure and strategic aims.
* Experience of working in the geographic/functional matrix an advantage.
* Ability to engage stakeholders well in both a one-to-one relationship and team environment.
* Ability to deal with highly confidential information on a daily basis.
* Multi-cultural awareness. Proven success of working effectively with people of different backgrounds.
* Demonstrated project management experience.
