Translator in Research

Job description / Role

Our client is a leading Joint Stock company in Saudi they offer wide ranging investment services for individuals and corporate. In 2014 their capital was over SAR 800,000 million. They are currently looking for a Translator in Research.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translate all research department's reports from English to Arabic and vice versa.
- Support translation tasks of non Arabic speakers in the department.
- Build and maintain filing system for equity and economic research documents and soft copies.
- Proofread and edit research reports with full accuracy.
- Monitoring and recording external distribution of reports through the website and media coverage of the reports.
- Support all activities of the Research Department.
- Perform other tasks as maybe required by immediate superior.
- Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules and regulation and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which you are involved including the Company's Compliance and Health and Safety policies.
- Maintain company's internal control standards including the timely. implementation of internal and external audit point together with any relevant points raised by external regulators.
- Be aware of any potential risk issues associated with the job and act appropriately.

Requirements

- A relevant university degree, with relevant qualifications.
- At least 5 to 10 years experience as translator.
- Both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
