The RoleThe RoleResponsible for the expanding workload in Transport Management Consultancy services in the highways transport sector and in particular providing asset management advice. Project Management and support to senior TMC advisors in a team working on the following roles both in the UK and internationally: • Technical advisor to local and central government agencies. • Technical advisor to lenders. • Technical advisor to bidders and concessionaires. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe successful candidate will likely have the following: • First degree in civil engineering or related subject with at least 5 years experience in highways construction plus one or more of the following: - Highways Design. - Highways operations and maintenance. - Confident and effective communicator. - Work effectively as part of a team. - Can identify key issues/risks quickly. - Competent with Microsoft office suite of software. - Chartered Engineer. - PPP advisory work in the transport sector. - Overseas Highways Experience. - Proposal presentation. - Working knowledge of UK PPP procurement process. - Established contacts in PPP partner and client organisations. - Working knowledge of project management systems.
