Job description / Role
- Plans journeys in accordance with Journey Management criteria.
- Responsible for monitoring IVMS and Journey Management Planning
- Plans and organises the routing of deliveries and collections to meet the required business and customer requirements while ensuring compliance with transport policies, procedures and legislation are adhered to at all times.
- Responsible for the compliance with all systems, procedures and processes, ensuring the vehicle fleet is well maintained.
- Monitors and maintains accurate documentation and records and effectively utilises these data by managing jobs-per-vehicle and gate times to exceed company transport performance targets.
- Ensures adherence to Companys transport procedures particularly in respect of LSR.
- Provides reports to Operations Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 Years experience in transport / distribution management operations within the Oil and Gas Industry.
- Must have knowledge of IVMS (In Vehicle Monitoring System).
- This role offers a 28x28 Rotation Schedule, Meals, Accomodation and Airfare per rotation.
