Treasury Accountant

Job description / Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join the Jeddah based Head Office of a leading Saudi Arabian construction company. Established for over 20 years this company is a market leader and has over 8000 staff.
They are currently seeking to expand their Finance team through the addition of an experienced Chief Accountant to provide leadership and management of the Treasury section.
Reporting to the CFO you will be managing the complete treasury function, and you will be focused externally on developing the relationships with banks.

Key responsibilities will include managing letters of credit, ad hoc projects for the CFO and regular reporting on cash flow status.

Requirements

You will be comfortable communicating both at a senior manager level and with the staff within the organization. An ability to build strong relationships across a multi-site organization is essential.
A strong foundation in Accountancy & Finance is essential; ideally you will be Masters or MBA Qualified in Finance. Strong numerical are essential. Excellent Excel (advanced level) and PowerPoint skills are essential.
