Treasury Expert

Job description / Role

- Prepare and follow up international payments/transfers.
- Negotiate payment terms with vendors.
- Prepare L/C and L/G and follow up with banks.
- Develop and maintain monthly/ quarterly financial reporting materials, templates and reports.
- Set up, develop and maintain treasury database.
- Assist with the compilation of routine and ad hoc reports as needed.
- Manage daily cash balances.
- Ensure that the company's cash flow is adequate to allow it to operate effectively.
- Undertake the risk management activities to protect the company's financial well-being.
- Negotiating loan or overdraft terms with company bankers and controlling repayment and interest.
- Creat solutions to new financial challenges by applying financial/treasury knowledge.
- Provide advice on financial matters impacting on the company as a whole.
- Liaise with bankers and maintain positive working relationships.
- Keep up to date with financial and industry developments.
- Any other ad hoc duties.

Requirements

- At least 8 years relevant experience.
- To have a Bachelor Degree in accounting or finance.
- Fluent in English (must) and Arabic language is preferable.
- L/C and L/G background is preferable.
- Background of Banking , Accounting or Finance is preferable.
- Strong software application user skills.
- Strong skills in numerical.
