Treasury Manager

Job description / Role

We are currently looking for a Treasury Manager in Dubai.

This role will be closely working with the GCFO at their head office - responsible for developing the central treasury function and a very hands on involvement in any improvements.

Manage complex multi- bilateral and in house treasury and financing across Africa and the Middle East for more than 50 companies operating in more than 20 countries.

Co-ordinate develop and optimize banking relationships with international, regional and local banks.

Ensure Group compliance with international regional and local regulations. Monitor international and national sanctions and ensure Group compliance n this regard.

Manage the coordination with insurance services providers at international and local levels to standardize and optimize insurances across the Group.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills
- WESTERN educated (ideally MBA)
- 7 -10 years PQE experience/ 3-5 years in similar role
- Financial modelling skills
- Organised, Analytical
- International banking knowledge
- Managerial and project management/ systems implementation experience
- Expertise in Treasury Management Systems
- Advanced Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Cognos and ACCPAC/ SAGE
- Negotiation skills
- English and French speaking Arabic desirable
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time on all African projects
- AMCT/ CTP/ AfP/ CertICM/ ACT
