Job Description
- Plan, determine and execute long and short-term funding requirements in line with the business plan, overall goal and strategy of the Company.
- Involve in the preparation of overall company budget and cash budgets
- Oversee timely and accurate short and long term cash flow forecasts and liquidity strategy to support business development needs
- Drive automation of new IT system, automating MIS, financial statements, management related reports including of the payment processing and invoice tracking
- Assist CFO in evaluating potential business opportunities & conducting feasibility studies
- Develop and implement strategies to execute financial transactions and maximize financial return for approved products and enhance overall return
- Evaluate performance in achieving Companys set profit targets and contribute to income stream.
- Manage and control process of managing financial risk e.g. profit rate and conduct hedging activities when needed in order to enhance financial stability.
- Analyze market conditions and suggest recommendations, review and changes.
- Establish, develop and maintain banks relationships to promote company products.
- Involve in development of treasury related product papers.
- Direct, monitor and negotiate financing facilities with banks as per agreed upon targets and manage relationships with financial service providers including the meeting of their facilities covenants.
- Monitor companys cash flow forecasts and perform financial modeling.
- Ensure adequacy of bank facilities to meet the growing business needs, negotiate best possible terms and maintains healthy banking relationships.
- Review and analyze terms and conditions of the facility proposals received from banks to ensure they are in line with the business strategy.
- Tracking bank-wise usage of the facilities, settlement due dates & profit rates charged by banks and complete the rollover on respective due dates.
- Review and update bank account operating mandates & signatories and coordinate on opening & closing of bank accounts, as required.
- Manage and control payment process, collection, transfer of money, bank accounts and currency management, in order to ensure accuracy and timeliness of transaction.
- Ensure that the cash flow plans and strategy are managed effectively on a daily basis.
- Oversee daily monitoring of receipts, payments & bank account balances and manage transfer of available funds between accounts to ensure availability of sufficient funds, minimize bank charges and the costs, maximize financial returns and earning opportunities.
- Provide timely feedback to the banks on business performance on a regular basis and resolutions to their queries, as per terms and conditions of the facility agreements.
- Maintain and updating Banks authority Matrix
- Manage all companys non-cash facilities LGs LCs

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent, Master Degree is preferable.
- At least 8 years of experience in a treasury related environment and mainly in bank arrangements and facilities negotiation within a leading bank or reputed company.
- Advanced level of English language (Wringing/Speaking/Reading/Listening)
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate including knowledge of MS Office
- Advanced analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Candidate must be in Saudi Arabia with a transferrable iqama
