Treasury Officer

Job description / Role

- Manage Debt/Loan Administration, records required under those arrangements for effective house-keeping (such as security register, mortgages, guarantees, corporate guarantees etc.)
- Debt & other Treasury related financial transaction Accounting as per IFRS
- Manage & plan current cash flow, liquidity and project future cash flow requirements in conjunction with Reforecast & capital expenditure plans.
- Monitoring Banking covenants and timely reporting to banks. Projecting any changes required in line with Business plan.
- Various Trade finance transactions with banks such as LC/DC/TR and Bonds (Bid/Adv/Performance etc.)
- Coordinate with Regional FM in daily banking needs and ensure compliance of approved signing mandates
- Manage working capital facilities including renewals, enhancement, documentation and compliances.
- Respond to Banking queries and ensure provision of legal information, etc.
- Preparing internal reports related to Treasury matters on timely basis.

Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant, CPA or ACCA or equivalent

Minimum Experience:
- Must have minimum 5 years post graduate experience in a Treasury function with an international organisation that is exposed to public market.

Job-Specific Skills:
- Knowledge and prior experience of dealing with banks
- Knowledge and understanding of LCs, bank guarantees, etc.
- Knowledge & understanding of banking documentation, debt management, etc.
- Understanding of Debt/funding products, hedging, etc.
