Treasury and Credit Auditor - Bahrain - Leading Financial Institution

A leading financial institution is seeking a Treasury and Credit Auditor to join their team in Bahrain. The role involves; performing overall risk assessments of credit and treasury businesses for the client, assessing through audits compliance to policies and procedures, assisting in managing internal audits, evaluating the impact of the introduction of new regulations and laws on the business operations, managing and supervising the assistant auditor and so on. The individual must have top interpersonal skills to manage relationships at all levels within the institution and external parties.

Requirements

- Possess a BA in accounting from a recognised University
- Have a professional accounting qualification from a recognised institution
- Possess over 5 years experience in credit and treasury audits
- Have knowledge of all treasury and credit products, associated risk and risk management concepts and techniques as well as various treasury and credit systems
- Have Strong Communication and Inter-personal skills
- Be able to keep abreast with the latest developments in the business environment.

Skills that are not mandatory however are beneficial:
- Currently residing in the Kingdom of Bahrain or Middle East region.
