Job description / Role
A leading client in Dubai is looking for an office manager. This candidate will be setting up the new office along for a team of 13 along with the managing directors.
- Setting up all new visas, medical insurance etc
- Liaising with the international offices on a weekly basis
- Extensive Travel for the managing director
- Booking travel and accommodation for the team when required
- Organisation of the teams diaries at request of the team
- Being involved in the teams and meetings and taking minutes when necessary
- Processing of staff expenses
- Creating PowerPoint presentations
- A keen team player having to liaise daily with various internal departments
- General reception cover
Requirements
This position is ideal for a self starter who can work on their own initiative with minimal supervision. You will need to have exceptional organizational skills, able to multi-task,prioritize and work to tight deadlines.
Candidates who have experience in setting up offices previously would be desired.
Please note this role requires candidates to be Trilingual - Arabic, English and French.
