Job description / Role
My established and prestigious client is currently looking for an experience Turkish speaking EA to join their busy team.
Responsibilities to include:
- Extensive diary management
- Complex travel arrangement
- Dealing with inbound queries via telephone and email.
- Assist with recruitment of new staff when requested
- Provide correspondence services and presentation support
- Conduct confidential filing and administration
- Process expenses
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years EA experience
- Well presented
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised
- Must speak fluent Turkish
- Attention to detail
