Employment: Full Time

This position will support capital projects at the SPCo facility in Jubail Saudi Arabia The Infrastructure Project Team at SPCo manages projects up to $50MM using Chevron Project Development and Execution Process (CPDEP). The majority of these projects are in the $1MM to $15MM range. The yearly capital budget is approximately $50 to $80MM over the next 5 years.

Key Responsibilities of this role include:
Manages mechanical completion and turnover process.
Establishes and maintains turnover schedule for the portfolio of projects.
Assembles turnover dossiers and completion documents.
Organizes and lead turnover and completion walk downs.
Creates and maintains database of punch items.
Coordinates with engineering, construction, and operations, and contractor teams to facilitate closure of punch items.
Ensures all required documentations are turnover to the appropriate groups in the plants.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree.
10+ years of applicable project mechanical completion, turnover and closure experience is required.
Commitment to safety along with strong leadership and the ability to coordinate multi-disciplined teams is required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Access and Excel, is required.
Good written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects in various stages of implementation are required.
Self-starter with above average presentation, planning, communications, interpersonal, leadership and organizational skills.
Previous international project experience is a highly desirable.
