Tyre Service In Charge – Al Futtaim Auto Center

Al-Futtaim represents some of the world's most popular and desirable automotive brands including; Toyota, Lexus, Hino, Honda, Volvo, Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge.Experienced Tyre Service In-Charge professionals are required to join our Fast Fiit Division with Al-Futtaim Auto Centers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling Tyre and Battery Sales within Al Futtaim Auto Centers (Tyre Express location) in the UAE.
Candidates will need to have had previous experience of working within the automotive industry preferably as Workshop Foreman or Service Advisor or Workshop Controller is a definite advantage!
A strong negotiator, as well as someone with rounded automotive experience within sales and service will be ideal for this challenging position.

Key duties includes:

* Handling Tyre and Battery Sales and Service Centers (Tyre Express location) operation professionally, meeting sales and gross margin targets
* Stocking/replenishments of tyres and batteries with zero discrepancy
* Maintaining strict discipline among location staff and ensuring strong team work
* Maintaining cleanliness and safety of the location at all times

Requirements

You will have the following skills and experience:

* Experienced as sales & Service In-Charge / Service Advisor / Workshop Controller is an advantage
* Minimum 2-3 years service with a Tyre agency or workshop
* Good Guest approach and customer care / negotiating skills
* You will be a strong team player, with the ability to produce excellent standards of work on a consistent basis
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to understand English as the medium of communication
* Graduate/Diploma in automobile mechanical engineering would be preferred, although not essential
* Understanding of Arabic would be preferable, but is not essential
