UAE National - Administration Assistant

Job description / Role

ACE is one of the biggest hardware and lifestyle retail franchises in UAE,that Al-Futtaim company holds. For nearly eight decades, ACE has been a part of the American landscape and today has over 5,000 stores in the USA and hundreds worldwide.

The product range comprises DIY, hardware, electrical, home and garden, furniture, camping and barbecue, pet and decorating products, with the emphasis on lifestyle.The main duties and responsibilities will include:

* Providing a high standard of service to the business.
* Processing accurately all administration related to merchandise.
* Accurate data entry into the system.
* Following company procedures related to stock and administrative documentation.

Requirements

Skills, experiences and qualifications

* Minimum Degree holder.
* 1-2 years administration/customer serviceexperience is preferable.
* Experience within a large multi-cultured organization is preferable but not essential.
* Excellent English communication skills both written and oral
* High computer literacy - must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
* High attention to detail.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* You must have an outgoing personality and bewilling to learn.
* Knowledge of or an interest in the Retail industry is essential.
* Good knowledge of Emirati household products/furniture is required.
