UAE National - Business Development Officer,
Up to AED 19,000 per month,
Dubai, UAE

Our client is a leading bank in the UAE and they are currently seeking a UAE National - Business Development Officer.

As a Business Development Officer, duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Establish dealer tie-ups with dealers which sell trucks, buses, equipment material handling, auto
Tap on new market segments and partnerships leading to improved product performance
Coordinate on regular marketing activities with dealerships and manufacturers
Visit high net-worth developers and land department for mortgage tie-ups
Increase sourcing and business volumes with new to markets schemes and products
Increase sourcing on new initiatives which are independent of Direct Sales force like DSA and also regularly update management on new projects, developments being launched in UAE
Hiring, Mentoring and Training a competitive team with prior experience in related industry
Sales Targets Review by setting sales targets for the sales force and monitor their achievement to ensure that budgeted sales targets are met
Constantly Update Schemes and Interest Rates prevalent in the market

Requirements

As the ideal candidate it is essential that;

You are a good communicator
No barrier to meeting customers/clients/dealers
Excellent English
Presentable with positive outlook
Fast learner
Takes on responsibility and willing to put extra hard-work

Must currently resides in the UAE
