Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Reports to: CRM Development Manager

Job Purpose:

Responsible for owning the Automotive Digital Strategy at a group level and developing, maintaining and executing digital programmes/ campaigns/ offerings to maximise enquiries and loyalty for the Al-Futtaim Automotive Group.

The incumbent will be required to establish themself as a Domain Expert and Automotive Group Lead in the Digital field with the overall responsibility and ownership of three key areas:

* Become the Automotive subject matter specialist to support the individual Automotive businesses (in the UAE and Overseas) in their own organic development with regards to their Digital Strategy with focus on; Customer Engagement, Increasing Opportunities and promoting Group Loyalty.This would require the incumbent to work extremely closely with GMASCO and uphold / maintain the equilibrium of group standards/ policies and highlight areas of concern, improvement, risk and the potential to leverage any group synergies that could essentially save costs.
* Creation and management of the Al Futtaim Automotive Group brand online that will act as a channel for Group Initiatives to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and traffic. Scope, develop and deliver a Group online platform and manage all related digital projects and maintain content for group website.
* Lead the Online Data, Analytics and Reporting from an Automotive Group level.

Description:

Support Brands Digital Development

* To support the individual Automotive businesses in their own organic development with regards to their Digital Strategy
* To drive marketing best practice within the organisation
* Uphold Group policies and standards; ensuring alignment to group strategy
* To manage the use of digital media to support the company's product strategy

Establish AFAG as a brand on-line in its own right

* To establish AFAG as an online brand in its own right, to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and traffic.
* To promote AFAG loyalty and improve inter-group purchases
* To review technologies and explore new developments in the digital landscape to find ways to more effectively deliver the communication and business objectives.
* To manage all online platforms and ensure that all are kept up to date and informative

Create and Maintain AFAG Website

* Responsible (from the Auto side) for the delivery of the AFAG website
* Responsible for improving the design, usability, content and conversion points of the AFAG website
* To develop and execute solid plans to increase page views, unique visitors and to encourage repeat usage.
* Create the Information Architecture for the AFAG website
* Gather the Content, images for site

Support, Strengthen & Optimise the Automotive relationship with Gmasco / EIT

* Support and strengthen the relationship with Auto Businesses and Gmasco/ EIT, to ensure optimisation of Digital tools/ solutions.
* Identify Group synergies and potential cost savings
* To develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and third party providers.
* To work as part of a wider team to drive traffic to the website

Social Media Automotive Lead

* To establish themselves as the Auto Group Subject Matter Specialist for all items relating to Social Media
* Development of strategies for social media channels
* Establish the AFAG brand
* Management of Social Media campaigns, including set up , day to day management, reporting and tracking

Digital and Web Analytics

* To implement and monitor SEO and PPC strategy to drive traffic and conversion rates
* To provide brands monthly and quarterly Digital reporting and Web Analytics
* To analyse and interpret user journey stats in order to improve the customer experience

Best Practices (Coaching/ Training)

* Become the Automotive Domain Expert and go-to person for anything related to Digital / Social Media
* To hold coaching workshops with Business to share best practice
* To work together with other departments and divisions within the organisation to identify any process improvements and improve standards and efficiency.
* Monitor Usage and create SOP's wherever possible

Performance Indicators:

* Implement guidelines to support the businesses.
* Recommend strategies for development
* Individually design business plans where necessary.
* Roll out group policies and standards for both employees and brands
* Report on traffic generated
* Creation of AFAG website
* Development of interactive videos to support brand message to be used on Intranet/Website and social sites.
* Develop AFAG social profiles on Facebook/LinkedIn and Twitter
* Share latest group news through all online channels.
* Cross linking with group brands, external business to promote the AFAG.
* Approve IA, creation of AFAG website
* Increase UVs for both AFAG and inter group partner websites.
* Using Google Analytics to provide monthly reports on overall web analytics.
* Run tests on the UI/UX of the site to increase usability.
* Develop site in multiple language
* Design AFAG website
* Provide digital market data when needed to Gmasco/ GMR
* Provide news/content for intranet/website and social profiles.
* Monitor brand strategies
* Monitor and increase website traffic to individual brands
* Creation of social & content strategy and tone of voice document.
* Creation of Social Media policy
* Provide monthly reports both for group and for businesses on social media. (Both on competition and individual brand)

Job Context:
The incumbent will need to actively engage with the respective Automotive brands to ensure alignment of their Digital Marketing Strategies and work extremely closely with GMASCO/ EIT to ensure synergies are optimised and the relationship is strengthened to ensure all parties mutually benefit. Other key stakeholder's that the incumbent will liaise with will include; Training, IT Vendors and External Consultants.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Suitable business qualification (Degree level); thorough knowledge of Digital Marketing, New and Social Media, Web Analytics and CRM.

Minimum Experience: Minimum of 8 yrs. Digital Marketing experience with a min of 2 years in the Middle East (Automotive Marketing experience preferred but not essential).

Job-Specific Skills:
* Deep understanding of social platforms

* Fluency in productivity systems such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, website content management systems and website/social analytic tools.
* Experience in creating online, email, and social media campaigns for local and national organizations.
