Besides Toyota, we also hold exclusive franchises for some of the world's top automobiles and automotive products like Hino - Japan's leading heavy-duty vehicle manufacturer, Toyo & Chen shin/ Maxxis tyres, GS & Panasonic batteries and many more.

The Job holder reports directly to the GM - Corporate Fleet with a dotted line to the National Service Manager and the National Parts Sales & Marketing Manager

The Corporate Fleet department sits within the Sales & Marketing function and represents over 50%of all AFM sales. The primary customer groups include Leasing Companies, Major Fleets, Government and related entities and Taxi companies

To liaise with the Major Corporate & Government Fleet accounts to provide sales and after sales support leading to increased sales (units, parts and workshop hours) and increased customer satisfaction and retention. To be the single point of contact for all identified government departments.

Job Purpose:

* Frequent proactive account management to fully understand government fleet needs and ensure that the AFM offer is fully aligned to profitably meet the widest possible scope of customer needs and therefore maximise the AFM share of sales into government fleets
* Proactive regular communication with targeted Government organisations including analysis of their SMR assumptions, to ensure optimum reflection of AFM SMR, and to form a working relationship that supports future loyalty e.g. newly revised SMR costs, proactive problem management, high customer satisfaction. To ensure timely provision, distribution and implementation of SMR data, and to provide feedback on SMR costs for Toyota/Lexus vehicles in relation to competitors to ensure correct SMR data availability to fleets and to ensure AFM remains the leader in the leasing sector.
* Liaison with and support for Government Fleets to support and resolve after-sales issues
* To facilitate training for government customers on Toyota/Lexus product ranges and advise optimum methods of servicing vehicles, (e.g. if special tools etc are required) to reinforce the value of AFM's workshops and expertise, and enhance brand commitment and understanding of technological requirements.
* To discuss service actions / vehicle recall notifications with government fleets as required ensuring improved customer responsiveness and increased customer satisfaction.
* In the event of vehicle breakdown/repair, facilitate support to ensure vehicles are returned to active service as quickly as possible by liaising with relevant AFM/Toyota functions to improve customer satisfaction.
* To manage all relationships to maximise positive PR with the government fleet functions in the UAE.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Technical and Business Management qualifications highly desirable. Sufficient job knowledge on:

* Business modeling tools
* After-sales / Marketing
* Fleet industry knowledge
* Microsoft office suite knowledge

Minimum Experience: 5+ years sales experience, including exposure to B2B sales within the GCC region.

Job-Specific Skills: The ideal candidate should have an understanding of key business dynamicsGood understanding of the After sales Business, at both business and technical level, and processes within dealerships and leasing companiesUnderstanding and awareness of the broader business context, specific and general economic factors affecting the automotive industry

Adept at using effective communication and influencing skills to gain commitment and support from a wide range of stakeholders
Self motivated, resilient, enthusiastic and passionate about the brand
Project management experience to deliver performance improvement or changeteam player and strong leadership experience
