Employment: Full Time

UAE National Legal Assistant- Abu Dhabi - AED 20,000 - 50,000 + Benefits

My Client a large company in Abu Dhabi is recruiting a UAE National Legal Assistant.

This role shall resolve and respond to routine contractual inquiries, prepare draft contracts utilizing templates, complete administrative tasks associated with the execution of the contract checklist, filing correspondence, electronic storage, and distribution of draft and executed agreements. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work productively in time sensitive situations, manage to deadlines, work in a team environment and prioritize assigned work. This individual must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating attention to detail.

Requirements

UAE Nationals only

Language:

English - Excellent grammar & experience with technical writing (Required)

Qualifications and Education:

Preference will be given to Bachelors Degrees however, Associate Degree or Equivalent shall be considered.

Experience:

At least 2 years working in a contracts department or law firm. Must have a working knowledge of legal terminology and commonly used contractual concepts, practices, and procedures. Highly developed organization and written communication skills are a must.

Computer Skills:

Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
Typing skills of at least 50 wpn
