Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

As part of the marketing team you will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Communications Manager in running a fully functioning Communication Department.

You should be able to write an editorial brief, collect the right information from the various department within the business, brief the agency accordingly, verify if the material supplied by the agency is according to the brief, amend any incorrect information and make sure the final editorial adheres to the guidelines and requirements set by the Communications Manager.

You should be able to prepare LPOs and other financial letters required by the department and liaise with the agency and the supplier that all financials are up-to-date.

Requirements

Ideally you should hold a Bachelor Degree in either, Communication, Public Relations or Journalism.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years work experience, ideally in a similar role. UAE/GCC experience is essential.
