To contribute towards the planned growth and development of the Operation, in its aim to explore untapped opportunities and raise administrative effectiveness, thus optimising business in an increasingly sophisticated and expanding car market.

Job Specifications:

Maintaining control of demonstrators and Pool cars
Assist Sales Executives in maintaining their call cycles, handling visit reports and prospect sheets
Compile daily, weekly and monthly activity sheets into management report for management
Assisting Sales Executives in prompt collection of payment
Provide assistance to Sales Executives for quotations, CC papers and invoices etc
Assist in dealing with customers as and when required to take enquiry and name and address details
Assist Sales Executives in any required actions

MANAGEMENT REPORTS

Coordinate with various departments as required, compiling data for preparation of monthly management reports for onward submission to senior management

MARKETING ACTIVITIES

With an increased focus on marketing, it is the job holders responsibility to organise, co-ordinate and conduct marketing activities such as ride and drive events, dinners, conferences, sporting events and long term demonstrators allocation, within the given budget limits

CUSTOMER DATABASE

The job holders maintains accurate and up to date records for existing customers in the available database and provide reports and information to fleet staff as required from time to time.

DOCUMENTATION

In line with the sales process, the job holder prepares quotations, invoices, and internal

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

You must be a UAE National (Emirati) and able to provide supporting documentation
Strong Communication skills in both Arabic and English
1-2 years experience in automobile / travel / service industry
Excellent communication and sales ability
Proactive, hardworking, motivated approach
Good team player, experienced in a professional, high pressure, working environment
Tenacious, persistent and goal orientated candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided for the right individual
An understanding of IT systems would be advantageous.
