Job description / Role
- Leading a team of professionals on UPS system
- Coordinate with clients on services and execution
- Generate/issue to end-users and record service reports in office
- Troubleshooting ability on multibrands of UPS
- Manage services KPI and SLA levels and report the same on monthly basis to clients
- Monitor and maintain related spare parts in coordination with division manager
Requirements
University qualifications: Engineer
Previous experience: 4 Years minimum in UPS maintenance
Specialist knowledge: Cost control / client satisfaction / communication skills
Other Skills: Leadership / friendly / firm on managing team / coordination between office and end-users/ customer satisfaction
Ideal Age Range: 27 to 35
