Job description / Role
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/FUNCTIONS TASKS
Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
Contacts customers and makes presentations, demonstrating the outstanding features of service offered by UPS.
Promotes and sells UPS services.
Makes calls on established clientele to ensure continued customer satisfaction and demonstrates new products and services.
Maintains records of customer activity and files to ensure proper call frequency and follow-up in resolving customer problems.
Responds to leads from couriers, customer service personnel and marketing in timely manner with feedback to the source.
Exercises good judgement in the administration of optical pricing programmes.
Implements various marketing programmes and new products.
Confers with customers and company representatives to resolve problems.
May perform other duties at a similar level of skill and complexity.
Requirements
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years Sales experience in Express / Freight Forwarding / Logistics
Proven track record of annual sales
Self-motivator / Aggressive / Ambitious
Knowledge in Microsoft Office/Power point
Excellent English communication skills (face to face and via the phone)
Strong negotiation and relationship skills
Highly competitive, driven by revenue generation
WORK REQUIREMENTS
Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
Own car and valid driving license
