Job description / Role
A very successful insurance group is looking for a Technical Underwriting Manager to provide specialist / technical underwriting support within agreed processes and risk appetite to the D&A Channel and assisting in setting of portfolio standards and strategy to achieve business development and retention targets.

Requirements
Strong technical and risk assessment skills with ability to make underwriting decisions as well as strong negotiation and conflict management skills are a MUST.
You will have minimum 5 years experience in a similar role as well as an ACII or equivalent.
A multi-line licence holder is desirable with CL &/or motor insurance a distinct advantage.
A highly competitive remuneration package is on offer for the successful candidate.
