Job description / Role
- Review and approve Credit proposals within Delegated Authority with SWOT Analysis covering all significant factors (Strengths & Risks) and recommendation by Credit Analysts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure accurate review, approval or recommendation of Small Business Banking proposals in line with the Lending Discretionary Limit within timely manner.
- Provide a precise approval on Micro SME Parameterized Credit Proposals and Judgemental Medium SME Proposals within the Discretionary Lending Limit in accordance to the existing/current credit parameters in a timely manner.
- To Manage Small Business Banking Portfolio effectively with in the acceptable NPL levels as per Management.
Requirements
- >12 years in Credit Underwriting function.
- Last 5 Years of Senior Management experience in handling Small Business Loans segment.
- CA/CFA/MBA in a Finance discipline.
- Computer literate with strong working knowledge of business software applications, particularly spread sheets, Macros, SAS, Brio.
