Unit Head - Small Business Banking
AED 37,000 per month, plus benefits

Our client, a leading organisation in the UAE is looking for an experienced Unit Head to join their growing team in Dubai.

As a Unit Head, you are expected to manage small business banking credit underwriting, manage credit facilities, evaluate and assess the credit risk involved in all aspect of the small business banking and lending credit guidelines to make informed recommendations within timely manner keeping in line with agreed set risk guidelines.

Another area in this role is to provide a precise approval on micro SME parameterized credit proposals and judgmental medium SME proposals within the discretionary lending limit in accordance to the existing/current credit parameters in a timely manner along with managing the small business banking portfolio effectively with in the acceptable NPL levels as per management.

Requirements

In order to apply for this role, you must have CA/CFA/MBA in a finance discipline. The preferred candidate must have around 12 years in credit underwriting function and have 5 years of senior management experience in handling small business loans segment.
