The Role


The Role


Take overall responsibility for coordinating and monitoring the efficient running of Front & Back of House staff and operations. Liaising with relevant staff to ensure that the needs of Ozone are met to the highest possible standards of quality food & service while achieving targets and demonstrating profits.

Main Responsibilities & Duties:

• Maintain excellent relationships with clients, staff & suppliers
• Update and use job-related knowledge
• Guide/direct and train staff to operate sufficiently
• Schedule staff working hours and activities
• Evaluate health and safety practices against Company standards
• Organize, plan, and prioritize daily activities
• Make decisions and solve problems concerning staff
• Record information about inventory and health practices
• Monitor food preparation and cleaning methods
• Inspect equipment for smooth operations
• Monitor and oversee food deliveries, staff, and stock control to minimize losses
• Perform administrative activities

Minimum experience, skills & knowledge:

5yrs + in similar position
Strong organizational skills
An outgoing, resilient & confident nature
A flexible, reliable and conscientious approach to work; with the ability to work effectively manage a team
Ability to communicate, work and liaise with a number of departments
Ability to work under pressure and to priorities a busy workload
Management experience
Proficient IT skills
Culinary Certificate or 10yrs in house experience
Advanced Food Service Training (AFST)
